These general terms and conditions (GTC) govern the rental of the house or room located at 15 rue du Château 35390 Grand-Fougeray. By renting this property, the tenant accepts without reservation the terms of these GCS.

Rental period
The rental period is specified in the rental contract. Any extension is subject to prior agreement and a new reservation with payment.

Rates
Rental rates are specified in the contract. They include the usual charges, unless otherwise stated.

Rules for living together

Prohibitions
Tenants agree to respect the following prohibitions:

• No parties allowed: Festive events are strictly forbidden in the house.
• Pets: Only small pets are allowed, and only by prior arrangement.
• No smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house.
• No deep-frying: The use of deep-frying equipment is prohibited for reasons of safety and cleanliness.
• Access by outsiders: No outsiders to the rental are allowed without prior agreement from the owner.
• Noise : It is forbidden to make noise between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. in order to respect the calm of the premises and the neighbors.

Security deposit
A security deposit will be required on arrival. This deposit will be reimbursed after the inventory of fixtures, provided that no damage has been noted.

Cancellation
Cancellation conditions are specified in the rental contract. All cancellations must be notified in writing.

Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of litigation, the competent courts will be those of the owner’s domicile.

Renters declare that they have read and understood those terms.
